'May I say how impressed I was by your company's product. I recently bought a pair of Ashley pyjamas with bioactive silver as I was due to undergo orthopaedic surgery on the NHS. My biggest fear about the operation was any possible infection I might get whilst in hospital and any delay in my recovery as  a result.
