Orders

We endeavour to process your order within five working days If for any reason this is not possible, we will contact you.

Returns policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you you are in any way dissatisfied with any of the item you have received we will refund or exchange an item providing it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within 28 days in original undamaged packing with all labels intact using the form enclosed in the parcel.

Method of return

Returns are to made through Royal Mail at your cost. We recommend you obtain a certificate of posting.

Payments are taken by Allana Smyth Ltd. Allana Smyth does not store any card details. No personal information is sold or passed to any third party.

Cheque

Cheques, made payable to Allana Smyth Ltd, can be mailed with your order.
